Mrs. Shukralla is the Founder and Managing Director of Gro Capita BMC; she is a Bahrain Business Woman and a Financial Advisor for various organizations within the Middle East and North Africa. Mrs. Shukralla was a Financial Advisor and the Vice President of the Global Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch International Bank, prior to that the founder and the Head of the Wealth Management Department at Noor Capital (UAE). Also, she was the Head of the Marketing Committee and led the Investment Placement team of the GCC.

Mrs. Shukralla has more than twelve years of extensive experience gained in positions including at Khaleej Finance & Investment (Capivest), Investcorp Bank and American Express in Bahrain. Mrs. Shukralla is a BSC degree holder in Accounting and certified as a Chartered Financial Management. She is also an active presenter of ideas in protecting and managing wealth, especially for women.

She has been invited on many occasions as keynote speaker and has been granted many awards by a variety of ladies panels within the EMEA such as “Women Global Economic Forum” in the United Arab Emirates, “Arab Women Investors & International Cooperation Forum in Egypt, “The International Congress of Arab Women Investors” in Morrocco and “Forward Planning” in the United Kingdom.
