Mr. Mahmoud Al Toblani has graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Since from Southern California Colleague of Engineering Technology in the United States, also he is a MCSE, MCSA, and MCP certified by Microsoft. throughout his career he has Set up and established Financial Projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain and Overseas; where he played a role in managing all projects elements such as budget, IT, constructions, contracts, design, legal and insurance with a strong leadership and motivation skills in achieving constant growth, profitability and leading a business to achieve targets.

He has been appointed to establish The Information Technology Department of the Constitutional Court for Government of Bahrain. Prior he was a Network Administrator for American Express Middle East and Handled various projects, POS, manuals, in addition to Disaster Recovery and security Plans in Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Egypt and other Amex Middle East offices. Besides he was a member of Y2k project that compile the new begging of year 2000 Millennium Bug.

Mr. Al Toblani was also a Project Director of Unicorn Investment Bank, where he was in charge of establishing the bank entities and subordinate, he was a member to establish Unicorn Investment Bank in Dubai at the DIFC, Dar Al Arkan, Emar Al Bayader, Unicorn Investment Bank in Saudia Arabia. Mr. Al Toblani is Gro Capita COO, he is managing the company operations, projects and offices worldwide.
